Our Story
About Next Level MOBILE HOME SERVICES
Located in Brevard County, we are a family-owned manufactured home services company built on one simple idea — every homeowner deserves reliable service and honest work done by qualified people.
How We Work
What We Stand For
Honest Work
We tell you what we find — nothing more, nothing less. No upselling, no scare tactics. Just a straight assessment and a fair price.
Done Right the First Time
We take the time to do the job properly. We would rather spend extra time on site than leave a homeowner with a problem that comes back.
We Treat You Like a Neighbor
Manufactured home owners deserve the same respect and quality of service as anyone else. We show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat your home with care.
Specialists, Not Generalists
We focus exclusively on manufactured homes. That means we understand the specific challenges these homes face and how to fix them the right way.
Who We Are
Built on Trust, Backed by Experience
Next Level Mobile Home Services was founded by Bob Fritz, who saw a gap in the market — manufactured home owners were being underserved, overcharged, or simply ignored by contractors who didn't understand their homes.
Bob and his wife Jess (who will be scheduling your services!) moved to Brevard County from Pittsburgh in 2022. After an 8 year countdown, they dropped their daughter off at college, headed south, and haven't looked back. Bob realized at a young age that he could just about fix anything, which came in very handy when they bought their own manufactured home that needed quite a few repairs. Bob began working as a local handyman and became a Licensed Mobile Home Installer to help others maintain their homes and keep them safe.
We are licensed and insured, and stay current on HUD guidelines and state code requirements so our customers never have to worry about whether the work meets standards. It does.
"Bob treated our home like it was his own. Honest, reliable, and the price was exactly what he quoted. I wouldn't call anyone else."
